Shred for Bo Day

Last Sunday a group of 75+ dedicated friends and fellow shred heads came out to Kingvale Terrain Park to shred, catch some rays, drink a lil brew. All of this in honor and proceed of a fallen friend, Brennan DEKEERSGIETER, who took a bad spill a while back and is still recovering. Beers were drank, sun burnts felt, and many a front board had. In the end a few prizes, like a 157 Sentury Team board, and a starter grow kit, were given out to those who properly showed their support, via hardway back 270 to fakie's and front 270 to fakie's etc.. Get well soon Brennan!

How We got to Reno

Yeah! So we have been enjoying the new snow as much as possible. Most recently the whole team got out to Iron Mt for a few days or pow lines and kickers. Nothing but good times. Stay tuned for the footy. But for now here is an edit from the boys drive from Canada. Not really any snowboarding in it, but something to watch while you wait for some new shred footy.

Back on the Program

Holy cramoly! Has it really been over two months since the last post?! Oops. That's our bad. Don't worry though, our Canadian filmer Cater, and Sentury team rider Marc Magee are on it. Expect up to date posts on what we are doing and all that is Sentury Snowboards. Thus we present to you a series of video edits from the Canadians.

The first video is from our first day in Reno. The day started a little slow and we didn't make it up to Northstar until 2pm, just enough time to have a few turns, do some boardin and have a couple laps in the Stash.

Tomorrow I shall post another, following no chronological order or any sort.

Here by popular demand is our rocker model the "SYNC." The sync's shape is unique in that unlike other rocker models it is flat underfoot with early rise. This makes it so that the board can hold an edge when needed. These boards were barely finished before Ryan and Terje grabbed them from the factory to try out!

First Tracks Productions World Premier at Mont Bleu

Once again First Track’s premier at the Mont Bleu Resort and Casino in South Lake Tahoe, was absolutely epic. Several Hundred people showed up this year to watch the Premier of Droppin’! The main doors of the Grand Theatre opened at 7:30 and all the little Groms raced to the different vendors in an attempt to talk their way into some free schwag. A couple local movies played in the background while the auditorium began to get rowdy, the lights dimmed and the movie began. Once again Cody Lewis and Chase Herriman, sponsored by Sentury Snowboards, teamed up to deliver an entertaining comic relief to close out the movie. First Tracks Productions has done a stellar job this year and is selling the DVD at their website. If you haven’t had an opportunity to see it yet, check out the teaser on YouTube, or come watch one of the movie premiers! This week’s premier is Thursday night (10/1) at 50-50 Brewery in Truckee!
